Neoprene sheet is commonly supplied as a versatile base material for precision die-cut and custom-cut sealing gaskets across marine, petrochemical, automotive, construction, and heavy machinery sectors. Material can be supplied in continuous bulk rolls, standard rectangular plates, or custom-cut to exact profiles, inner/outer diameters, and hole patterns to match engineering drawings.
For gasket fabrication, thickness selection depends on the compression set and sealing pressure required for the application: thinner 2–3 mm sheets suit low-pressure flat seals, while heavier gauges (up to 50 mm) are used for structural load-bearing or heavy machinery vibration damping. Custom neoprene gasket orders can be supplied cut-to-size, in bulk rolls, or as individual finished parts, according to project volume.
